Terms of Use & End User License Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MenuCheck ("the App") from Well For All, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License Grant

Well For All grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MenuCheck on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Medical Disclaimer

MenuCheck provides dietary guidance based on general health information and the details you enter into your profile. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or a registered dietitian before making decisions about food, allergies, or medication interactions. Well For All is not liable for any adverse reaction, illness, or harm resulting from reliance on the App's suggestions.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for entering accurate dietary and allergy information into your profile. You must independently verify any dish with restaurant staff when the App indicates uncertainty. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

MenuCheck, its design, logos, and underlying technology are the property of Well For All and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Well For All shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to allergic reactions, dietary complications, or reliance on inaccurate menu scans.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms and Contact
