Terms of Use & End User License Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MenuCheck ("the App") from WellForAll, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License Grant

WellForAll grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MenuCheck on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Medical Disclaimer

MenuCheck provides dietary guidance based on general health information and the details you enter into your profile. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or a registered dietitian before making decisions about food, allergies, or medication interactions. WellForAll is not liable for any adverse reaction, illness, or harm resulting from reliance on the App's suggestions.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for entering accurate dietary and allergy information into your profile. You must independently verify any dish with restaurant staff when the App indicates uncertainty. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

MenuCheck, its design, logos, and underlying technology are the property of WellForAll and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellForAll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to allergic reactions, dietary complications, or reliance on inaccurate menu scans.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Questions can be sent to hello@wellforall.co.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

MenuCheck may offer auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and you will be told the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. No refund will be given for the unused portion of any subscription term.

Apple App Store Terms

This EULA is entered into between you and WellForAll only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). WellForAll, not Apple, is solely responsible for MenuCheck and its content. This EULA does not provide for usage rules that conflict with Apple's Media Services Terms of Use as of the date you entered into this EULA. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for MenuCheck. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to MenuCheck, including but not limited to product liability claims, claims that MenuCheck fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
